Today's workout: swim
Warm-up: 500m Pull rest 30secs
150 Kick as 50 right, 50left, 50 prone. 30sec RI
Main-Set 4 x 400m Descending 20sec RI
4 x 25m HARD 10sec RI
Run 1mile out of the pool at 10k pace.
